A diet analysis will evaluate your food and drink intake and assess its nutrient content.
Different dietary patterns can provide you with nutrients in varying amounts. Perhaps you are a vegetarian, a flexitarian, or you’ve just made changes to what you eat. Maybe you follow a ketogenic diet, or do you tend to eat the same meals on repeat every week?
If you’re concerned about nutrient deficiencies, or question whether you really need all the supplements you’re buying - my personalised dietary analysis service can bring some clarity.
I will provide you with a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report based on your eating habit. All you need to do is track your diet, using an app on your phone, for 3-7 days. Once you’ve logged your meals, I will analyse the data and provide a report that will give you an average daily intake across the tracking period.
The Report
This comprehensive report will break down the foods that you eat into macronutrients, such as carbohydrates, fat, and protein and micronutrients, which are the vitamin and minerals contained in your foods.
Your nutritional intake will then be compared against Dietary Reference Values and, if any nutrient is below the recommended, I will suggest specific foods that you can add to your diet to help plug the gap.
