• The aim of this site is to help individuals book a qualified nutritionist for nutritionist advice.
• This site also shares evidence-based information about nutrition in general.
• In a Nutshell Nutrition aims to keep content up to date with the latest scientific research, however, older posts may no longer be up to date.

Payment and Cancellation policy:

• All bookings are confirmed with payment for that session.
• When cancelling an appointment with more than 48 hours notice there will be no charge.
• If between 24-48 hours notice is given there will be a charge of 50%. 
• If less than 24 hours notice the session will be charged in full.
